Colour constants

The following constants appear in the Record colour definition:

FD_USE_PEN

The accompanying colour value is a pencil number from 16 possible line colours

FD_USE_COLOR

The accompanying colour value is a colour value RGB. Besides, the 3rd byte there is red. Blue there is the down valued byte.

FD_OVERWRITE

The colour values are given directly and not generated from the tables.
