Condition
There is a connection with a data bank. In the data bank there is a table which connects the attribute values with other qualities.
Service
In the field Data bank a linked data bank can be selected. If no connection with a data bank still exists, it can administer | Data bank are produced. Then the dialogue must be closed and be appealed anew.
If evaluations are already stored in the data bank, they can be selected under evaluation. Otherwise a new evaluation must be put on.
Only available evaluations can be explained, resetting against it always functions. To put on a new evaluation, the name must be put down first and then be extended with set-up the dialogue window:
With the button Anew a new evaluation is put on, The button Extinguishing serves for the extinguishing of evaluations. A new or available evaluation can be worked on with the button Change. The dialogue window opens to the full size:
In the area of parametres the object key area, the attribute and the table of the data bank in which the attribute values are connected with other qualities are selected:
The index column of the German Railways table is the column with the attribute values, the column with the assigned values or qualities is put down on value column. The check box number values is selected if the attribute values should be stored as figures and not as sign chains.
In the area of values colours or symbols are assigned to the single qualities. In the field Value the value is put down. The button Values suggest serves to list only the values which exist and were not selected yet.
With memories the values are taken over in the data bank and in the Listview in the window.
If the desired values are put down, the evaluation can be explained
