In the following example a form which was sketched with the help of the word processing programme MS Word is introduced. However, every other text editor who permits the storage of a document as Rich Text Format can be also used. Beside the real text formatting other creation possibilities can be also used like field functions and macros of the suitable programme. Hence, in the following picture all Word-field functions MS inserted in the text as those are made visible and grey puts under is shown. Thus possibly the company logo is embedded as Word graphic arts (1). Also is the topical date (2) inserted as a Word-field function MS.

In the form draught becomes the field $$ Field () directly uses in the text as well as within Word fields MS. Beside the function Value if other functions also deliver the return values which can help for the production of a form like GetEnvironment, by which the e.g. name of the editor (7) automatically it can be spent.
