Before call of this procedure the element which should be turned must be identified. Otherwise another point is questioned. If this is answered with CON (Enter), the element is so turned that the last digitized point on the base lies. If the last query with a co-ordinate is answered, the base of the element is aimed in parallel with the last both points.
