Before call of this procedure the element which should be shifted must be identified. The user is requested over the command window, to identify aim object, so the object to which the copy of the element should belong in future. Afterwards appears the request to give the movement vector relatively for the identified point. Finally follows the query whether the old element should be extinguished.
