The searching mechanisms of the information station assume a certain organisation of the data. The single plans must be filed after her functionality in different sheet types. All data of a type must own the same file format. As formats the same are ready which also the capture station can read.

Beside the graphic data can be fallen back on data banks. There are stored to to position information, on the other hand any SQL queries can be carried out.

If all plans are accommodated in a sheet type this criterion is fulfilled.

If another arrangement is given the order can be generated virtually by the fact that with Views the sheets are indicated in new sheet types sorted.

Within every sheet type different selections can be defined. This are single object keys or object key areas. The areas must not be coherent (it is valid also 1-10,12,14-16).

The selections are removed from the plan, after all objects were selected. Objects should appear only in a selection, because, otherwise, the behaviour becomes "strange for the user. The objects which exist in several selections already disappear if one of the affected selections is switched off, however, appear again if one of the affected selections is switched on.

With selections about additional key this behaviour is exactly to be analysed.

It makes sense to choose own lists for basic plan kinds also. With it the data amount can be limited, on the one hand, which must be loaded for certain information, on the other hand a relatively easy choice of the indicated data can be reached. They receive thus a three-stage division of the announcement possibilities.

•The data which are not needed are not loaded and are not indicated with it.

•The data which should not be visible active, but as a reference are loaded, but are switched off.

•Active data are loaded and switched on.

If all data exist in a sheet type, the step 1 is cancelled. Then it can be only reached by the settings of the announcement that either all switched off data are invisible, or all switched off data appear grey in the background.

The system is regulated thereby in such a way that land register and stream is loaded, in the area of Stream only the selections middle tension and low-voltage are activated.
